Return Policy
We understand that selecting the right hair texture and length might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, while we wish that we could accommodate returns; the nature of our product does not allow for it.
Since human hair extensions are hygienic products, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW purchased items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
Also note that gift cards cannot be returned.
We are grateful for your business; for that reason, our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and keeps your happiness our top priority. You can rest assured that each product that you receive from Easy Blend Extension has gone through extensive quality control by one of our Hair Quality Control Specialists before it is sent to you.
Exchange Policy
Although we are proud of our high-quality hair extensions, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we wish to accommodate this request to the extent possible.
You may submit your request for an exchange to info@easyblendextensions.com within 5 days of delivery and one of our customer service representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. We do not offer refunds but would be glad to offer you a product credit for the amount spent (this excludes shipping cost) provided your order is still in its original sale condition. Original sale condition means that the products have not been untied, washed, worn, processed, dyed/bleached, brushed, combed, or used in any way.
Processing time for your exchange can take 2-3 weeks. Once your exchange has been processed you will be notified by email and a product credit will be issued for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping. Product credits do not expire and can be combined with other discounts and promotions.
We reserve the right to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange. All products approved for a return/exchange must be shipped within 14 days of the approval date. Products not shipped within the 14-day period will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
Shipping Policy
Approximate Processing Time
Our processing time is 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order, however your order will be shipped within 10-15 business days. Once the order is ready, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Approximate Delivery Times
Our shipping estimates are typically accurate, however, sometimes there are unforeseen delays with the courier companies. While we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays we will assist each customer to the extent possible.
We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
Orders
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation email in 48 hours. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. If this is required, you will be contacted by one of our staff Customer Service Team members.
